Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales perosn to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This pivotal role will directly impact the company's growth trajectory and market position.
Required Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the advertising or branding industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian advertising market and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
The following qualifications are considered a plus:
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Established network of contacts within the Nigerian advertising industry.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Work Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
