Job Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager at Walls and Gates, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our branding and advertising solutions. This role is critical in driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Client Relationship Manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role within the advertising or marketing industry.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Personality: Attractive, confident, and presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to pitch and sell solutions in a professional and convincing manner.

  • Networking: Strong ability to connect and maintain rapport with business leaders and decision-makers.

  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

  • Professionalism: Maintains high standards of integrity and brand representation.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Walls and Gates’ service areas is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

The following qualifications are considered a plus:

  • Experience working with clients in diverse industries.

  • Knowledge of advertising trends and best practices.

  • Certification in project management or client relationship management.

Work Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and advertising needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored advertising solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activity, progress, and results.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
