Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will spearhead our growth initiatives, identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering strong client relationships. This pivotal role directly impacts our revenue generation and market expansion, requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development within the advertising or related industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the advertising, marketing, or branding industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business deals.

  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian advertising market landscape.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Master's degree in a related field.

  • Existing network of contacts within the advertising and marketing industry in Nigeria.

  • Experience with CRM software.
